I think it’s because temporary stun immunity is only activated when it’s a stunning entry.
Attacks like paralyzing pulse or stunning revenge do leave a stunning effect.

Since Auraleus has never been buff or nerf since it’s release does this mean it’s the most balanced mythic?

I guess in a way it is. But regardless it gets killed by using its high tt ss . Otherwise it’s decent.
