I was asking which A tier monsters you think are weak⊠??
As for Ziberius, I just listed a bunch of alternatives in the last post and never said he wasnât a playable option⊠heâs simply badly outclassed and overrated. I like how people are using his single stun revenge for combos now⊠thatâs one thing I can definitely get behind.
As mythics rise in use I bet/hope weâll finally see the death of Ziberius in FLs. It shouldâve happened long ago but now his damage will truly not be doing anything so heâll become like a Lavamane.
So you were saying that Zib is an âexcellent set of level A monstersâ? So you believe Zib should be A and not E? Just trying to get to the bottom of it.
Wouldnât the fast piercing damage from single stun revenge frontline work well to counter slower and bulkier mythic frontlines? Thatâs always been the case with fast frontlines in the past like cani aoe, gallio + haniwel, toxic entrance, etc.
Yes that particular combo has some viability in the long run, as long as they donât change the way single stun revenge triggers stun counter. Tbh, Iâm happy to move Ziberius higher in the tier list due to that combo but no higher than a C tier.
I used it in FL to get the top 1 in PvP but never in this way, I only used it to use his Double Revenge and it was always very useful in many cases, it also served to cannibalize someone Whether itâs been stuning, or just to bring an Absorbe / Counter stun, Zibel is just awesome for me, he almost always did his job very well, I think he deserves a better place on this list
I donât quite understand why Doomengine is S- tier whereas Staticsphere is D tier.
I just came across a random Aurordragon + Atharasis + Staticsphere + Utopion combo and they gave me a lot of trouble. Basically Staticsphere, Aurordragon and Utopion kept a large portion of my team stun locked. In combination with Aurordragon I find Staticsphere to be a lot more useful than Dommengine.
Are their values based only on their own ability or also on their ability to be paired with other monsters?
Because Aurordragon by itself is mostly useless yet of course it might be THE best support monster.
It sounds like youâre looking in the âgeneralâ tier list but youâre thinking about their use in PvP. For PvP Staticsphere is B tier and Doomengine is F tier. The âgeneralâ tier list is talking about all PvE, specifically when youâre the one using them (not an enemy you meet). Staticsphere doesnât do high enough damage against buffed enemies and the clones die too easily before you can clone again. In PvP itâs really good if you can clone once or twice because itâs guaranteed to do a lot of damage to the enemies.
Btw we use the term âstun lockedâ to refer to literally just the âstunâ mechanic. A stun lock is where a team is all stunned by 200s+ and typically itâs used so the person then kills one monster and continues to kill the newly entering monster while all the others are stuck out of play. I recommend you say something like âI was locked out of the battle because I couldnât get through the comboâ when youâre talking about what you just said.
My impression is that with a +9 buff heâd be fast enough to do some serious demolishing, but he needs some luck (and probably a protector) to get going. Still, potentially 7 insta-kills make him great for pve.
Point taken, although how many monsters have kill reset though? Is this common practice in high level pvp now? I was under the impression that it was a relitively rare skill.
And, yes, he is a bit of a one-note fighter⊠unlike, say, Hanzowolf where thereâs a few different ways to play him and synergize with a team, this guy is just an insta-kill machine.
My rating for pve remains unchanged though, S- or A is my estimate.
