šŸ† Neo Monsters tier list (see first post) šŸ†

It’s so nice to see legendaries more powerful than mythics :sparkles:

You finally realized it lol

Can oneshot most monsters without hold ground. Good for a superepic. Can be used for retribution style frontlines.

Also if you want to bring an entrance monster in.

I knew it all along but I was fighting against personal bias I have for tanky monsters and I know that the damage from lifeblight and confident strike is a little bit weaker than you want (when hit a tiny bit below 100% HP for confident strike) so wasn’t too sure about charging bloodthirst. I’ve been using it since release alongside things like Bastia or Brynhildr and I think it’s fair to say that in top level PvP you need some support like that to make it brilliant… but when I compare it fairly against the other SEs it is a stretch to say it’s not S+.

I’d rather overcorrect for personal bias and then fix that later. I feel it ends up with a better result. It’s also easier for me to recognise and fix, because each time I review positions it stands out to me that a monster like Akhekhion is lower than I feel it should be.

So @Killerdog when are the annual reviews comng?

Every year.

I’m actually considering skipping them this year and doing two years at once next time. I didn’t prepare in time and it’s going to push back other things I want to be doing. Ultimately, I need to sort out my work-life balance if I want to achieve things properly because even when I do have the free time my brain is melted.

That Hongua should be S+ for pve. Best monster bond quest monster for buffed. The mythic.

@Killerdog Hongua s+ she so good for the pve with Aurodragon

@Killerdog can I suggest adding Lordstag + Marrowdrake to the ā€œversus super buffed enemiesā€ section of the ā€œSEs veterans useā€ for PVE?

They’re the only SEs with cornered snipe. If Nefariodon is in there, they may as well be too.

Cornered snipe only deals a small amount of damage to superbuffed opponents.

They are good against certain buffed opponents however in buffed levels like UC they fall off drastically.

Nefariodon instead kills the opponents outright.

Solution. Wickerdoom marked curse

Super buffed means seriously high buff, where cornered snipe is not strong enough. Exile on Lordstag isn’t enough to make it worth it. Marrowdrake stun locking is too cute a strategy to actually consider properly unless you’ve got a specific setup to make it work.

So unfortunately they don’t really have a section there. They were two I considered heavily, as well as a couple of others, for if I should create some kind of section in ā€œSEs veterans useā€ for them but I ultimately decided they’re not really monsters you should consider over legendaries etc. unless you’re doing something specific. In the end they just became in S and S- PvE tiers.

As Eklypz pointed out, Nefariodon is in there because it literally kills all marked enemies.

Good video, although I would not put Charybdia that high - I think her re-skin Obsybdia fits there better. I don’t know about Doomgoo Vixen too. Maybe because I have no experience of running her I am not considering her super powerful.

galbvishamon should not be in’s + the passive (which in Spanish not specify that to be piercing the rival must possess mythical and you can’t have mythical allies) makes this monster in a shĀ”t compared to what was … even spectrodelpyn this above

The one big problem with Vixenblade is finding teams to run it. It’s incredibly restrictive if you want to get the most out of it and the restriction list hasn’t helped it. I use it lots in PvE and it’s brilliant. Over time it will definitely drop as more things can piercing kill it. I was very unsure about putting it 1st this time, but exact ordering is where things always get hard.

Yeah, it will be moving down. I haven’t adjusted it yet since the update where it changed
