Some of those movements are ridiculous but I wonāt even start since ultimately it does not matter at all what this list is.
Its Really painfull see this
. He was my strongest myth ,and also my first awakened myth. He is become bad even they not nerf it ,tanky PVP meta really kill him.
i am one of rhinedragons biggest advocates an i donāt think people realise just how strong he is however i think he should be S tier for PvP. S+ for PvE makes complete sense. he can be a really good sweeper with the ability to heal himself while being protected by his summons. but his lack of sleep or stun immunity holds him back from being S+ imo. he can however purify himself from poison.
Iām probably going to awaken it next. Bloodserve and Guard of Midas was a fantastic upgrade!
Sheās easily A tier
Tanky+Piercing Payback without weakness+Void Blood skill+also can remove token and fight AP spam
Better Donrilla imo, 59tu/42tu critical skill always available
I was a bit too harsh on him on release. Heās not gone super high, just a reasonable adjustment to what is probably more fair.
So instead you write a nothing post? Please do share some of your opinions, itās useful information and I wrote above how I couldnāt go through all the messages from recent months so thereās probably a bunch of opinions people shared that I intended to factor in but forgot about.
Yeah Sivanna is one Iām a little unsure of, itās still early days on the buff. Sheās definitely better than Dragulus but I think she very much needs to backbite something. I was always a fan of using her as a tool to play a high speed situational monster that you intend to backbite if it doesnāt line up. She works great for that, plus might simply be a nightmare to remove and a top choice for negating revenges.
Iām hesitant to get too hyped though, since youāre unlikely to get a kill without backbite, thereās no immunities and she doesnāt have low TU sweeping. So basically nothing standing out as super powerful other than void sweeping and DR that isnāt countered by payback killer.
I was honestly amazed there wasnāt a lot of talk about Rhinedragon after it got buffed. It became the best monster in the game for a short time, until the next update they made it create 1 cursed goldoid rather than 2. I stayed quiet because I was going to ask for it to be nerfed (didnāt get around to it in time, they luckily caught it quickly).
Basically itās consistently killing every 50-70TU while healing itself off hold ground. It also creates a DR protector thatās going to both make Rhinedragon harder to kill and cause a significant nuisance to your opponent. Literally the only two things holding it back are low speed and low defence. A lack of sleep/stun immunity really isnāt a big deal when youāre sweeping at this kind of low TU, getting to choose whichever enemy you like each time. With any acceleration or behind protection itās an easy win condition.
Okay I will, but donāt feel attacked by any of those. You made the movements based on the current state of the game? I mean, including last update right?
Janne playing it in frontline ignoring his entrance should be enough of a sign if it is strong.
So why is Giehretus not being ranked already? I know it got nerfed hard on the second form and a little on awakened but it still warps the game around it with good enough skills that it is not a deadweight. I remember it being released when I last quit which was months ago and there is still no evaluation on it?
is it because of terrorize being a good disruption alongside leech supporting hold ground PLUS poison immunity getting a niche buff?
Of course not. I welcome peopleās opinions just not personal attacks on me, random rude comments about the tier list or frustration because the change they wanted didnāt happen. Yes these movements are up to the latest game update.
As explained in this tier list update and the last, the new monsters will be added in a third update. I split it up.
Poison immunity doesnāt matter here, what matters is terrorise is pretty good and I didnāt properly evaluate Wolhammer with that move versus what other monsters were doing in D tier in PvP. I bumped Wol up in PvE because 100TU piercing killing is very nice and Wolās ability to heal is more than I gave it credit for.
imo he should be moved up in PvP also. having a sleep immune monster with instant purify is a lot better than people seem to realise.
i dont think sleep immunity can change soulstealerās reliance on RNG and time wasting to really get going, despairing wave is kindof nice tho
its more the playability with one on one setups. especially when you consider that there are so many shadow types with sleep immunity. use him with onyxia for elemental heals as well. its pretty strong.
shiny stormloch + shiny bunkerbeast sounds like a nice combo with him
ive been using him with oniblade, Onyxia 2nd evo and shiny stormloch. its pretty crazy.
also tried him alone in link storm setup. was kinda fun.
link storm? youāre quite the crack chemist arentchāa?
I tried it out in the recent PvP season and it was clearly the weakest monster in my team, due to its reliance on sleep for the whole moveset to work. I ran into so many counters to sleep where it fell completely flat. My Soulstealer was actually bugged at the start of the season (VKC had to fix it) so I temporarily played Metatherion in that slot and found that he actually performed the role better.
In SotF Iāve been trying it out with Onyxia in FL OoO and itās done very well. However, Iām doubtful that using it in the FL will do well in PvP. I mean, OoO + Soulstealer is going all-in on sleep and youāre very passive it it doesnāt work (especially if using Onyxia) so Iām unconvinced it will be strong.
Iām very intrigued by you saying itās working well for you! Can you elaborate some about how it plays?
its mainly down to oniblade being able to one on one twice (in the shadow link).
Soulstealer is the least threatening target with the other monsters i have in my fl.
Onyxia is basically just the team healer.
people tend to kill Stormloch and Onyxia first leaving oniblade and soulstealer alive.
at which point whatever monsters have now entered the team can be slept by oniblades second OoO and soulstealer can wake them up.
i have in fact been doing the thing you shouldnāt do by dreamhunting to charge bloodthirsts but because soul and oniblade arenāt considered threats when they do start sweeping it takes people by surprise.
i have rune next usually to accelerate them.
despairing wave with both soul and Onyxia are just extra tools really for dealing with hp buffs.
i keep wraithhost 6th to backbite if necessary and charge nova.
im not saying that soulstealer is much better than he was however there is definitely noticeable improvement and more synergy with other monsters than there used to be.
when I use him in storm with stratu its more difficult however its more fun since I can stun and sleep until his death sentence activates.
i guess it really comes down to me being a weird player and trying to use PvE strats in PvP lol.
im also considering trying a OoO midgame with him. i havenāt quite worked it out yet but if i do it will be pretty strong (i hope lol)
