It’s not lot but try one of you’re starter to last and an auto protector just before it so you can use last stand move and catch those death revenge rhino and fish

It’s not a lot cause I hardly spend money on this game but I keep trying to rank up so that I can hunt more ingredients

There is one important Super Epic monster you’re missing that will help you immensely if you get it. Search for “Sunlord” on neo monsters wiki. You can capture him on Timber island near a volcano. It has a small chance of appearing, so you can stand there and tap the screen until it appears. It also has a capture rate of 27% when it’s really low so be prepared for a grind. But basically that monster alone will carry you through the Tardel fight.
Like others said, put your Rexkong on final spot so he can use Last Stand when everyone else is dead. Also avoid using Storm monsters if possible because they’re super weak to Earth type monsters.
