I still haven’t had any issue with Motor and the tempo from Dolphreeze’s Diamonoids is not overpowered.
When Dolphreeze came out the 2nd form created two Diamonoids too, I instantly messaged the Devs and got them to nerf this before people started abusing an 8-cost monster which did this. As it is now… there are protector counters about plus poison and piercing moves for dealing with the Diamonoids quickly. Also, while Dolphreeze has a top tier moveset it does have those times where it has no chrono target and you can leave it on the field for a while.
As for Motor… the tempo gained from it is not much different to the tempo gained from dreamy entrance. It’s a monster that requires building around and it can be countered both by removing the monster that backstabs it or having a way to quickly remove the shells. Shell abuse is gone and Motor was really not that great until the SS was added and it is now in the realm of viable. Motor can be used to counter a few strategies like AP spam at the front of a team or link (to some extent), which puts it in a good position for having its times to shine. You can also use it to set up something like double counter strike on Canishogun. I refuse to believe Motor is any real problem and I think there are way too many calls to nerf monsters that are ridiculous.
To be honest, I’m happy that anyone feels like Motor might be overpowered again. That poor monster has seen so much nerfing.
Elephantom is a counter with sendback next, catapult, and unwanted ritual. It’s stun immune and unmovable

The real problem is angelion revive. Where he replaces motor with something useful like stag or dusc etc.
Even void is not a real problem since it will just kill motor off.
I would suggest many times that lion should be a link monster. Yes he will be very powerful and there are still very powerful holy monsters that pair with him very well.
Jag-void-dusc-linker horse etc.
Disagree with the link suggestion, although if it was just on soul exchange that might work. I’m not sure the reason Motor is so powerful is another monster though. Most players get rid of it effectively. Josu with Zib or Lion, Sio uses Atra, others uses Geo etc.

Actually I don’t find gazers or mal’s passives that strong. They gave so many monsters insomnia recently and gazer is an awkward one

Changing a monster into a link monster is a HUGE nerf. Imagine Motor being turned into link storm so the entrance only works if you have link storm when it enters… it will barely see any use at all and it’s not strong enough to be a monster you want in link storm anyway.
