Adding a subscrption to this game would give more people reason to spend on the game. The big spenders would not suddenly stop spending nor would they get rid of the wheel. I know what you are saying and do not disagree just making the point that adding features like a trade in system and subscription would be good. As long as they keep making monsters and adding content it would work well.
I did say 50 dollars for 1 year not per month that would be pricey.
I do agree that buying event legendaries with gems would be good. They could offer a limited number of them for sale then the rest have to spin for it. This way not everyone gets it. So have 20 of the event legendary avaliable for 200 gems and then the rest can spin for it.

That is close to 500 dollars and considering some people get it on their first spin and some people get it on there 200th it would need to be more balanced than that I mean 300 would be pushing it.
They could also make each one get more expensive than the last so first one cost 50 gems last one cost 700.
I’m just giving an example based on a random average, but if you limit it to an amount it needs to be expensive to maximize profit. Lol. Incremental cost with decreasing supply is a smart idea, too.

I so agree with this, I’ve spent $200+ and not got one legendary out of it and it’s made me super angry with the game and super reluctant to spend even another dollar because what’s the point - I never seem to get anything out of it!!
I would be way happier putting more money into the game if I got something out of it, I think this subscription thing is a good idea because just spinning the wheel when there’s festival eggs is not going very well for me
