New Type of monster: Tower
*Towers use skills randomly

  • arrow spray: AOE
  • sniper: critical damage on one monster
  • desperate strike

Passive:

  • stun / poison immunity

I think the last monster defeated in boss battles of the ultra evo and events should be given as a reward at the end of battle.

By boss battle do you mean the first ones from the capaign or the trials ?

I agree they should add the first ones from the campaign in the game monster (of course not as strong as in the campaign) , maybe they become the legendary that are obtainable free, so far I know there is one of each element and we only seen the one that is dark type (I think that one was ) but not sure if they reveal others in the chapter 6 since Erik is getting their golden cards

The first ones will probably be revealed in chapter 7

Just a quick suggestion for an upcoming event…

It would be great to have some motivation to run out into the wilds and catch even the worst of the monsters just to cool down the whole ā€œspin the wheel and hope for a legendary monsterā€ rhythm the game currently has going on.

What if we had a Little Cup event where the only monsters allowed to participate had a cost of 5 or less and the maximum team cost was restricted to 40?
Some of the bottom tier monsters have really interesting movesets and it’d be a great event to bring both new and old players together to strategize fresh combos!

The reward for this doesn’t have to be too wild either. Rare evolution materials or possibly a 5* monster to those highest in the rankings after it’s all said and done would be plenty enough incentive to get most players (at least those like me) on board.

This sounds good or maybe a reward for catching x amount of monsters.

The mechanics for stun absorbers definitely need to be fine tuned.

  1. If a mon with stun absorber is the only mon left on the field, and it is hit with Stun Flash/Stun Bomb, it gets stunned for that amount x4.
  2. If a mon has stealth teammate and the enemy uses a stun move, the stun absorber still gets stunned for that amount x4.

I’ve noticed stealth teammate will avoid a stun, but only if it was used the turn directly preceding the stun bomber

How about a type immunity? Like, if it’s a water type, it can be immune to fire, rather than just resisting it. Or maybe one that makes it only hit normally by electric types.

Voodoo (single target)
The next time the voodoo monster takes damage, deal the same amount of damage to the target.

Bring back STASIS! (Monster is asleep for 250 TU but cannot take damage: if monster takes damage it gets released from stasis {something like that}).

I kinda liked the Kamiwurm moveset in HI a bit better than the twinkiller version.

I think stun is covered with stun absorption and immunity for now. We are considering a skill that like a ā€œsilent killā€ that doesn’t trigger any revenge effects nor enter effects when the monsters that was killed with this is replaced.Ā

Thats interesting skill to protect certain friendlies from being killed too quickly (like a Protector from Protector killer).

We had that in Hunter Island. We might bring it back as it wasn’t a bad skill!

I think an active skill similar to Overwatch in XCOM could be cool. After attacks, you can activate Overwatch until your next turn. During opponent’s move, your monsters will instantly attack any opponent’s monster that performs an attack during that round.

I’d expect it would need a couple of rounds of cooldown to ensure it’s not overpowered. I could even imagine a situation where your opponent activates Overwatch and so for that round all you do is use passive monster skills so as to not activate the attacks from your opponent. Could be an interesting situation.

Iron Skin- single target active skill for allies. Avoids recoil damage for one turn when attacking. This would make those useless reckless attack and bloodcrave move set monsters more useful.

Tether
Single use, target a teammate, then while the user is alive the tethered monster cannot die

Cool idea but I can imagine a cryokaizer and warca tethered. *shivers* same as like godfeather and velocirex or dragaia and terrorex.

Actually thinking about it two tethers is invincibility. Might have to be along like an absorb line, like a sort of protect single maybe. 

Defuser - Resets the 400 sec megabomb clock to zero if its just about to activate for the mega bomb user (or after a determined set amount of clock expired time)

mimic: use the move that the target last used.Ā 

Tactical Bomb: (400 TU charge) Remove 4 random monsters from opponent lineup.

Auto Stealth (passive)

Resurrect: Sacrifice this monster and immediately summon a random slain monster (from your graveyard).
