Very nice! Some small advice, a good way to give something an artificial, mechanical feeling is to make his whole figure segmented and divided in parts. One of the best examples in-game of this is Razorstorm. Shurikaizer too.
Living bodies are continuous and flexible. Robotic bodies generally look more divided and geometrical!

Yeah thats what i had sketch but i change my mind after i saw a picture of that new legendary pokemon Miriadon, so i was trying to go for that smoother artificial design😅
