ı tapped on summon ×10 then game didnt respond and my soulstones gone but ne characters ı got pls help me
probably you didn’t get new SR/SSR characters. Check your Weapons for new SR/SSR Weapons. If there is nothing new contact DEV/Support.
Restart the game then look to see if you have any new characters or weapons. If not, then contact support.
If the soulstones are gone then it’s likely the server registered you doing the 10x summon and it did give your account the rewards, just without the screen showing them because the game messed up on your end.
