Just now I used 1000 soul stones to try to summon Druke and because it took so long to load the summons I crossed the game off and when I went back in the 1000 stones I used had disappeared!
I was so shocked!
What do I do in this situation?

Check your summon log. Does it show you getting things from it? You probably got the stuff added to your account and it just messed up going into the animation of all the summoning.
I’m pretty sure you didn’t get anything new 
Gacha rate there is even worse than Neo
