Absolutely correct. He is an utter piece of trash and it’s only the bug that made him useful in PvE only.

I’ve been saying this for a while:

Lionheart is trash. Only good in PvE because of a bug.

Lionheart is trash for PvP and would be complete trash for PvE had it not been for an unexpected revival buff. That was the first time I put him in my team during this entire UC. I removed my shocker because Serenity field negates it. Didn’t need him to reach 1500+ in UC. He isn’t good, you aren’t missing out.
