Most likely you are going to use Drownlight after Overlink+, which means it effectively has piercing. Because of that, I think the damage from Drownlight should be brought down to the same level as Earthquake, since right now it clearly feels way too high.
I hearted your post, then realised that it being so high is perfect for removing tokens from your team. So I think it’s probably more useful dealing that much
I would rather leave the tokens alive than spend 25% of all my allies’ HP just to get a single turn on one of them.
