Well the thread title says “useless super epics”, and you mentioned it here.
That’s your argument? Pointing me to the thread title? You know it’s just a thread title…A discussion if a mon is “useless” or not always depends. And for the last time, I’m talking about PVP usage, not PVE.
But it’s ok…You got your opinion of Crypt, I got mine.
Caniswyrm is the only monster AI skips with, enough said
Elephantom is actually great at pvp. Ofcourse he works mainly in throw teams, he is a throw monster… its like judging a diredeamon that he only works on a OoO FL… most monsters need their support.
FYI - i used elephantom outside a throw team in pvp, he did well
An idea I have for Canis is changing it’s offensive move to Element Massacre, so that it can be used more than once. It’s not much of a change, but it’s something.
Crypt is fine. One of my fave superepics actually, just put it into a team last night. Sure, it might die before you can use it, but that’s the tradeoff of having such a powerful special skill (revival)
Personally I tend to keep Dusy ahead of Crypt so it comes in shielded, and a TT a few mons behind— to help give it space to acheive my goals. Because like most monsters, it benefits from a thoughtful setup.
There are usually creative ways around issues of something having low health or slow speed, or whatever.
Crypt is a totally usuable and worthwhile monster as-is
