I can say for sure - 2 island challenges have happened since last whales event. Similarly at least 2 Balancion trials.

Sorry yes you’re right about Island Challenge coming twice. I think before then it had been a while. Whale’s Treasure comes every 2 months. The last one was two months ago. Balancion’s comes more frequently than the others… I think about once a month.
Island Challenge is less consistent because they release a new SE with it each time. I think they time it more to do with when they want to bring out a new one, rather than sticking to a schedule of every two months like most of the others.

Is it though? Each match took quite some time and lot of thinking ( at least for me) going level 350 and over. I don’t see how you can finish 6 battles in 5 mins…
I had a team with Mirror revenge, Azrazel link cannibalise into double bloodcrave and Aracnhodrake with link earth endgame. I could get a kill on most turns.
And I have probably once played over lvl 300. I don’t see a point in doing that, for only a few gems.
Upto 300 is fine. You can finish 6 matches in10 mins. It gets real tricky after that. I have not reached 500 plus but saw KD video - he is needing 7 ragnaroks to kill a single buffed monster. HP is 80000 lol. You get 13 Gems after 300 so it is not insignificant.
This one and Dungeon Challenge are the worst events so far, I am glad we have Whales Treasure again
