its really easy to get to lvl 300 keep in mind that monsters are buffed so that means poison is really weak and any damagind attacks like protector killer and stuff like this does really few damage You want to get Sleep/dreamhunt,deathmark,stun,reviving,death revenge,revenge mirror,clonners and mega bombs here is my team I could go to lvl 366 pretty easily ans I can see you got cosmodragon (death revenge/cloning),megaviathan (400 sec megabomb) shadowhunter(sleep) and angelion(soul exchange you want to revive an enemy monster because they are boosted)
What you ideally want to do is to control your opponent by stun or sleep, which your team will struggle to do (Gear is a little too slow for removing stun protection and your current team has no entrance control or sleep) and imo Cybereon should be in front of Dragoon. On upper levels poison is also pretty bad, however under 200 you should be more than fine with that team.
I started the event with poison team and about lvl 150 it starts to be useless( <25% dmg)
Up to level 300 the buff level only increases to 1.5x. This is not extreme, but it’s enough that the lower damage attacks do not kill any more (e.g. poison eater). Captainwhiskers can do well but not once the enemy teams have legendaries in them, they have too much health for neko barrage to one-shot.
Go with the higher damaging moves and you should have no problem. You’ve got some of those but your team setup is all not good at all:
- Captainwhiskers and Geartyrant need time to be passed, but your only way to pass it is with Sanctistag’s sleep all (total RNG) and Geartyrant’s stun flash (not reliable enough plus on a slow monster)
- Dualdragoon doesn’t really go anything here for your team besides setting up a kill for Revenarchion, which is done better by Cybereon anyway
- You’ve got poison end-game next to Brynhildr and a clone next, neither of which want to be poisoned. Both of your poison monsters want to poison teammates which you literally cannot do without losing your one way to win matches
Basically, you approached this Island Challenge the wrong way and are not playing with your monsters effectively enough. Island Challenge itself is fine to do.
P.S. I know this post is very slating. There’s no issue with a lot of the monsters you picked and your team building is good enough that it can work but there’s a lot of room for improvement and clearly something went wrong as you’re here saying the event is ridiculously hard.

Defense yes, hp no. Piercing stuff is still affected by buffs, just to a much lesser degree.
true going beyond 300 isn’t very useful since the rewards are weak 1 gems for 20 lvl
That’s how I felt about it too. Maybe make it worth and have lvl 400 be a 6 star ticket? 600 be a 7 star? Lol

That’s a very nice team for sure! So much mirror revenge with Brynhildr could definitely mess up her Ragnarok though. I prefer the team DLGZ 007 has there with the Tortogeist and Taloknight. Sleep + stun + DR are the best things to combine with Brynhildr in my opinion. Only thing about 007’s team is the very questionable Canishogun and Torrentide at the end of the team haha does he really want to be winning battles with Torrentide cloning in levels 500-600!?!
I’ve won battles with 4 star cloning stunners on level 300+

I wish i knew the skills of all those monsters. I see that purple dog in multiple slots wht does he do and could you break down the gameplay?
He basically clones the monster who killed him. Keep in mind that at higher level the opponent’s monsters are really buffed up, so it’s always good to have this type of monsters to steal something. There are other similar mons like crimseias (the phoenix) and tortogeist, which is the Best of them all, because it kills the opponent’s monster and clones it at the same time on your team.
These I can understand, the stun makes things go faster I think. Torrentide takes a lifetime!
