The best and easiest way is to pay. But I would say just be patient and go step by step then it will be more fun. I like to try to win with my poor team and if I succeed it’s perfect!

It is going to be a long long time to actually get a few decent legends if you are not spending
the real thing is spending your gems wisely, you do that and you will do good even being f2p

Don’t be an Akhi. Self-control in not rolling singles is key to accumulating legends.

That’s the key. Try and get gems where you can and save up for a decent festival. I’m F2P as well and currently have around 20+ legends. The last festival I spent over 400 gems and got a total of 7 Legends (3 dups though), but still worth it.
Once in a while u might need to purchase a bit of gems here and there to support the devs effort in doing up this game, u definitely dun need to have deep pockets for that.
U also dun need to have tons of legendaries to be good. U need to get the right legendaries and be good in strategizing to be good in this game.
I rememeber encountering a team during PVP last time that comprises of only 1 legendary and super epic n epics that beats my whole team of 7-8 legendaries mix with super epics. It shows that number of legendaries dun really make a difference. It is more about which legendary u have and whether they can sync with ur team setup.

He has lots of good legendaries actually, the strategy made him lose. It was the same with me when I still had only Jingledragon and Galliodragon as my legendaries, I have beaten lots of players that have more legendaries than me because my strategy was very effective against them.
Are we talking about sotf, monsterdex, and others? (Was thinking of achievements that have to do with potting monsters like example 5 gems achievement for getting chronozeros to +9 or 20 gems for having all starters at +9 and etc.)

I haven’t spent on the game for almost a year now, and since then I’ve gotten 18 new legends. The Ultimate Challenge is by far the best way to stack those gems, if you have the right legends.

Way too long. I started @ around Feb I think. But I did spend probs over 50 or so on single rolls throughout the year. I also missed quite a few gems in UC etc. since I don’t have the right monsters for it.
