Infernicon dmg Output nerfed?

This was the situation. My infernicon boosted attack with SS. I have used double piercing move on peng and lionheart. Peng survives with around 10% life. Is this a joke or did peng immediately got hidden def bonus. How in hell did that guy ever survive a buffed double piercing with those stats and no elemental advantage / disadvantage. I dont get it. I play him since several pvp seasons and this is the first time I have seen this. In the past he killed peng from time to time with the help of rng God even without attack buff

I think peng got buffed (hidden). I also couldn’t one shot him with chrono killer while it used to die to it easily. he did get featured in the anniversary event so it is expected :confused:

Defence buff wouldn’t make peng to survive a piercing move, health buff would

It’s wierd tbh. I was 100% sure it will be killed but this made me lose the game. I was like wow. That oeng is tougher since last update :joy:

Double piercing blow is not strong enough to one-shot the slower legendaries even after the attack boost. It might get them sometimes but definitely not every time.

That counts for legendaries with high hp or defense but not just based on speed. As 35% and highest stats in attack he shouldn’t survive a boosted double pierce attack. To your assumption with that speed. Chronozeros has even less speed and I one shot him everytime since I have used that infernicon as well

Piercing ignores defence therefore low speed (aka high health) is what it struggles with. I can’t remember the exact damage numbers for Infernicorn but I posted them somewhere. It doesn’t 100% one-shot slow monsters after the attack boost.

Use it with Novem.

Novem will take off enough health of enemies when they enter (20%) that Infernicorn can one shot most non water or non buffed mons after attack boost

Frankly I think it’s totally fair for infernicorn to not one shot everything. There’s like no conditions whatsoever, just a single 30 TU wait while he’s immune to stun and takes two hits to go down. Being able to just kill whatever he wants would be ridiculously busted. I don’t care if he’s guaranteed to die after 2 uses, he gets a whopping 4 kills out of it, far more than enough to pull his weight.
