Ideal Team

Goldtail imo needs a passive like Stunning Entrance or Stun Revenge … That would make up for what he lacks in comparison to Shadowstalker & Stormloch.

For legitimate teams, best I can come up with is

Water Assist Frontline of: Seahowl, Seasteed, Cryokaizer, Warca

5th: Hydrokaizer

6th: Ribbigear

7th: Serapheon.

Then just build off that. It’s crushed the frontline of so many teams.

An energy frontline of godfeather, velocirex and zephyrox would crush that team easily.

It’s difficult to say what’d be best for PvP since there’s no way to predict what your opponent will have, but against CPU’s or an opponent who happens to have a team that’s ill-equipped to handle yours, I think that’d be a pretty killer (not to mention intimidating) first few guys. I think I’d use Stormloch instead of Ribbigear though so you could utilize that Sleep All spell from Hydrokaizer, then bring in Serapheon and either build off of Stormloch and go for a solid Sleep/Dreamhunt/Give Turn team, or branch off into a combination of Timestrikers and Poison monsters. Poison monsters are a personal favorite of mine, despite the fact that I don’t have enough to really make use of their Eater/Massacre abilities. Yes there are purifiers, but if someone has a few poison monsters out I think it’d be pretty hard for the opponent to keep up with purifying his team while still getting a few good hits in. You’d definitely need some good Tanks to accompany the Poison monsters, but overall I think a team like that would be incredibly annoying to go up against xD

Auto poisons with a knock back or twin knock back for the enemy purifiers would be annoying. Especially if you have a give turn or team turner too

Energy assisted line is probably the best front line right now because A. It counters assisted water very hard and B. Zephyros. Having a correct element team turn is pretty ridiculous, like you can just blast through 6 or 7 monsters before your opponent can do anything.

I’ve been testing a front line of assited thunder and I have to agree even without godfeather it’s very strong good thing there is not many assited Thunder users

I don’t have zephyrox but my front line is pretty resistant to assisted teams just because they’re all quite tanky

Ironically (sort of), I got Zephyrox and Typhondrake (I think that’s the name of the Ultra-Evo) in the past two days after saving gems xD I’d love to try out an electric Assist team but I don’t have any of the mons with Assisted electric abilities yet. Ideally I think those two plus Godfeather and…Velocirex? Or is having two mons with Assisted attacks on the field at one time not a good idea 'cause of the time vulnerability? Wait but then I guess there’s Zephyrox to Give Team Turn…hmm e-e
