KD is updating it, as soon he gets the new icons from the developers.
As far as I can see, it’s quite complete after the last big update.
As EBO says, it’s up to date except for the most recent monsters added to MBQ. The Devs like to keep the newest ones hidden and for players to discover for themselves, then they are added to that thread later on.
