I Think Mortilys need a REWORK

My solution is simple just make it so hellish shriek move does not push monster below 40 speed. This will open up some more options to build around this.

To be honest, this is a genius idea. As I mentioned in this post about why Mortilys exists, that’s why we’re more inclined to create new monsters using this brilliant suggestion to give more slow monsters a chance to shine.
