im getting sick of this everytime i go to buy gems my game crashes. I load back up to buy it again and it says this but never actually received the gems. And the gem sale is over. Ive contact them weeks ago but no response

I do have one . I thought about going back to playing it on my phone, that probably might stop the crashing but i still wont be able to buy gems
