As soon as i bought gems the app closed out on me, i load back up and it wasn’t there. I tried buying it again but it says you already own this item. Im Thinking about deleting the app, install it again, and use my restore code. I wonder if that might work. Its been like this for at least 2 months, i contact them a few times bug got nothing

Yeah, they switched email a while ago. Use that new one and tell them your restore code, friend code and hero rank. That’s probably enough information to identify and prove it’s you. Then tell them your issue. Sounds like it’s the fact you get an error message whenever you try to buy gems? They can probably fix this very easily.
