Came across these two players with Hero rank of 32 and 40 but these accounts have at least 2 awakened mythic. They too have nice strategy at FL. I wonder how they get these monsters at these Hero rank levels 
This is obviously the youngest son that the old player prepared for himself.

They have 7th anniversary icons, meaning the accounts are more than a year old and simply claiming gems from the fortune shrine to get enough to awaken mythics.

I think I disagree with you KD. The player with HR 32 (the first pic) has Chronozillion. Yes other mythics you can awaken and get the ingredients for otherwise, but the 4 starters SE forms each require that little easter island head guy who you get almost exclusively from the monthly event with beating the SE monsters in the dungeon, and each of those missions gives 3-4k xp for completing them, so about 12-16k xp per one you complete meaning for all 4 it would give you about 50k xp.
It does not take 50k xp to reach HR 32. Not by a longshot. His HR should easily be higher than that for the Moaliths alone, not even accounting all the omegamids and Mouths and everything else.

So you say but recently there was this player that ONE_Sherox reported that had HR 32 and had 5 awakened mythics. Turns out that he was a really big spender. The same may hold true for this guy. Plus Exu had said that he has an alt where he only logs in for rewards and shrines. If a player only plays PVP, getting all the Moaliths, starters and mouths aren’t impossible but neither is it a walk in the park.

No I’m more saying that you can’t access the Moaliths Event nor any of the monthly events until you are at least HR 30. Moalith are not common rewards among PvP no even in Ingredients packs, and those are very uncommon, so being a big spender doesn’t really hold water when it comes to Chronozillion.
My basis stays that getting the Moaliths alone would put you above and beyond HR 32 regardless how much or little you play so I would call this account a hack. Maybe I’m wrong but also could be right and also also 90% sure I’m right.

What are you saying? Don’t you get a moalith every PvP season? So that means that the guy must have played at least 5 seasons to amass 5 moaliths and since he has the 7th anniversary icon, that isnt impossible. Like I said, it isnt a walk in the park although I am pretty sure that he might have got his monsters through unfair means
Its possible. I have chronozillion. I am just 1 shard less for charybdia and excaliburdragon. And if the guy’s lucky, he may have got the required shards from other packs.
I think @DMG_LUCKDRAGON is right. At the very least, they can check the account activity to ensure legitimacy.

I had 29/30 defeated monsters and i wished for an easy oponent to kill one monsters and wish the guy leave and get the daily gem ! And weirdly it happened ! Got this poor guy killed one monsters and he surrounded, i wish i was this lucky in hatching
