I thought devs wanted to introduce weak mythics ands then buff them, but they did exact opposite with prixis and char. Now they canāt be nerfed so easily as people who spent on them will complain.

Out of around 80 matches I played this ranked ā 23 (counted the clips when enemy has Prix and Charybdia in the front) of those were looking pretty much like that:

From the beggening i could guess prixis charybdia will be the next deadly combo in front line , also its soo toxic , and i have to admit it , nyx failed to stop fast fls
Shout out to the people crying since february that Nyx is way too opressive against fast frontlines. How many proper Nyx teams have you faced this ranked? I counted 0. Playing slower frontline with Nyx is not as effective as you might think if there is a fresh mythic that knockbacks two of your slower sweepers at 75 speed. The only solution for this ranked was to run Prix Charybdia to counter other Prix Charybdia.

Agree. I used Nyx, but I didnāt think it was a simple way to win. (Maybe Iām just not creating a team properly, but Iāll explain why.)
Since I need to use Slow FL (sometimes I need to slow 5th or 6th as well), my opponent keeps acting at first. Itās not easy to counter from there, as many of my own monsters will be defeated or my field will be disrupted. Especially in a battle between Mythic Spams, itās not easy to counter, so I think you may be able to get overpowered by your opponent if you keep going.
Also, if all of my opponentās monsters are not Fast, if they have DF, or if they have self-destruction/sacrifice skills, Femate will have less effect on the opponent, so our Slow FL may be more of a burden.

This is a great summary of my experience playing Nyx since her first release. And people with smaller collections will only have it harder trying to build around her.

Thank you. For players who have never used Nyx, to give a more detailed explanation, even if the opponent is a Fast monster, there are some monsters that do not have a big effect on tactics even if they receive Femate. For example, Cynthia and Vixenblade have a small original tu, so even if their tu doubles, they can sweep the opponent with around 100 tu, so it doesnāt affect the game that much.

There are also various monsters which give passive benefit like stun counter or auto-poison that will cause you too many problems you still have to kill them.
Basically, the number of monsters it affects in a strong way is small enough that itās rare you meet multiple at a time and are able to fermata them. It happens, but not commonly and 100% of the time you have the team building restriction on yourself.
I also think if they did something like change the 50% speed ā 60% speed it would actually just power up Nyx because it removes some of the team building restriction. That difference matters every time for the Nyx user, which is a beneficial trade to make fermata have an impact on the opponent a bit less frequently.
That has to be done very carefully, even 51% speed enables cynthia and donrilla to be used with her in a OoO team. And I already got to play some Nyx OoO while Lilithia was in the S++ mode:
Prixis is the problem. Itās been that way since her release. We continue to see Prixis on every top playerās fl. I donāt know how else to say it, but the devs donāt seem to realize that. Itās very opressive and has virtually zero counters/drawbacks in having her in your team.
90% of top teams are just running heavy knockback fl and prixis is the deciding factor. If it takes out your key monster, you will have all the heavy hitters knocked back as a result, this is the current meta and Charybdia made it even more so. Itās a competition of who gets the turn first with either Prixis or Charybdia and the reason is very simple, thereās currently little to no counter to it.

I donāt suppose putting something like a Chrono Weakness of Prixis (drift and whatnot are no Chrono moves per say but they do meddle with time so it could be seen as applicable) would help the problem, but I donāt think very much. She is definitely oppressive and Charybdia is a different issue than her. Together, very toxic and difficult to go up against for sure.
Back then Seal was a super strong move and what made it balanced was the 50% speed on the monster
Now we have blind+ at 74% speed with 2 knock back
That combo its ridiculous to say at least
Devs should release mid/strong mythics and iff needed buff then ,not super broken mythics,they will eventually need to nerf it and make a lot of players
Pissed pff or release even more broken mythics to counter it wich is a horrible idea
This is what they have been doing all year tho
also bind creates an untargetable unremovable deadweight
i was under the assumption that deadweights that cant be get rid arent to exist. Like why Tondu got nerfed, why rock lock was nerfed and why Jacko was also nerfed.
Edit: why also stun got nerfed multiple times too. smh (Broken heart)

This season I fought against a lot of mythic spammers but I defeated a lot of them.
I only used 2 mithics myself (no charybdia)
Friday and Saturday I only had 4 defeats (Iāve never had that before)
On Sunday I had the feeling that only the top 100 were playing pvp and in the first 12 fights I fought against 8 people from the top 20 and unfortunately always narrowly lost.
I didnāt want to change my team on Sunday to run the risk of dropping out of the top 50, so I didnāt change the team.
Basically I have to say that against mithic players you have to be lucky with sleep attacks and if not no stun attacks at all because you are always somehow facing a stun counter monster. (momo-black horse- etc.)
I donāt have to say that my xyz is working really well, better than ever before, since after the update it no longer has any problems with the scorpion.
I believe that xyz secretly received a small buff with the update, even if it is complicated when stunconverter monsters enter the field.
That was my 10th top 50 and i got a new iconš

Congrats for your top 50 and new icon.Seem like we share similiar experience. I am also run xyz too, and faced with those myth spammer and stun counter/converter spam
but I donāt want run hard sleep deck like Balancion or OOO its because I hate those hard rng deck and it feel like easily get sniped If u want get high place pvp
I am also try not run charybdia after I found out that opponent also use charybdia and often outspeed my charybdia.
(And for xyz user even after update ,I am still want this xyz have piercing times up. Reason? If I canāt kill them ,they Will instantly get a turn , since most of stun counter myth is tanky + Hg )
