It’s not very useful, only players with few legendaries would use it
The thing is low collection players probably won’t have that many material fr evolving
Every attack does roughly ±10% damage. So the gap is actually larger than 600. Damage variance like this adds more depth to the game because battles play differently. Also, you have to make decisions in the battle based on potential risks.
This move doesn’t push back enemies that have stealth.
There are only three types of teams in boring PVP, and I predict that this will still be the case in Season 23
That’s unironically my problem with Blighthosis. I love using it during unranked but it just limits players teams and forces players to run entrance spam mid and endgame again
I don’t care for any meta or whatever
I just find something that seems fun in the moment and full send it
Which is why I was ■■■■■■■ around with risu and thalazaar for a majority of limitless 
I do hope the meta shakes up more than just 3 teams tho it’s no fun if all teams look the same
you forgot the large amount of Agent M + Whitara and Rode teams i ran into. and don’t forget the classic Airavalon + rockoids into Rinmu.
And don’t forget Nephytis + Pandora + Vivianne
