Special rules are different. They are meant for fun. The restriction list is for ranked PvP.
As for matchmaking, I completely agree itâs horrible for weaker players how they can meet much stronger opponents. I canât speak from their experience, but as someone with strong teams I know I sometimes meet people that shouldnât really be matched with me. That said, I know that generally speaking the matchmaking system is doing its job. I can see that from watching different YouTube channels and I see what type of opponents they face, which generally matches the strength of their own teams / playing ability.
Personally, I donât care about the third stage, Iâm only interested in finishing at least among the first 20 and with the limitations that affect me every month because I donât have a large collection, itâs impossible 
I think you should not take into account the third stage to make the limitations ⌠If so, then you have to limit absolutely everything. Personally, I prefer to use my best monsters in the classification not after
I still say they shouldnât repeat the same monster on the list month after month.

Yeah, Kanna is one of those waifus that fell off so hard. Would love to see her get a little rework.
They can give her another floodgate like they did with Deus X that reflects todayâs meta. Iâm not sure what she could ban but it could be. She also should get a SS change where she changes into a robotic and gets a 50 damage boost as long as there is another robotic on the field so she cant be countered by a single green whale.
Edit: OHHH what if she banned SS activation and Mercyâs decree. We desperately need another Mercyâs decree monster and putting it on a beatstick that gets aggressive 110 TU after her first turn seems balanced. She would be a priority awakening tbh.

In todayâs meta her SS ban does almost nothing - if half of teams as based on monsters that have no SS at all.
This is pure sarcasm but I think CRESCENDO MANEATER would not been that crazy if we have 90% speed Arbustodon that shuts down so many of Waifu-centered frontline strategies (Kanna, Maeve, Nyx, Bastia, Selene etc.).
I would love to see Arbustodon being played not in frontline every time (as it has entrance) so maybe that RAW Maneater should become LINK RAW Maneater or it should have 50tu from start of the battle restriction.

Itâs very false. Arbustodon does not against the strategies of Maeve because at 90% of the time people use Maeve with Iris and the latter laughs in front of stun protectors .
Itâs absurd, you want to restrict his maneater just because he has 90% speed? You might as well do it with all the others it should have meaning without making sense (why be restricted On a movement as simplistic as maneater) moreover its goal is to eat a single waifu and have a high speed to guarantee it to do it and it does it well.
And finally where did you see that Arbustodon thwarts Nyx?
Is it possible to let Momo free for a while, or should I just delete her from my monsters list? The same goes for Carmilla, who has been on the limited list for more than 8 consecutive seasons, Whatâs the point of spending to get monsters if I canât use them?
You can use her in PvE events.
You can use her in the 3rd stage of PvP.
You can sometimes use her during special rule periods.
You can also choose her as your limited Mythic in Ranked.

The only reason I play Neo Monster is for PvP, especially in the ranked stage. Momo isnât even a broken monster to stay in the list forever, obviously I wonât use her over stupidly broken monsters like Astrajltyh, Nophiam, Pandora, Bridallith, Yukihime, among others.
