I opened 10 eggs with purple cards in one of the new banners but when I went to see my new monsters to insist on the team there isn’t a single one…how do I have to get those monsters?
Did you switch account or anything after doing it? This can result in the hatches not being saved to your account, but you should still have the gems you used.
If not, then it could be a connection issue and going back to the hatch screen you will see something like “retry last 10 hatches” where you can repeat the results
no I only have this account I tried closing and reopening the game, I tried looking in the messages if by chance they were there, I tried turning the phone off and on again but nothing…I didn’t use gems but the purple tickets that are given to you after doing a pvp match number
i used in a banner where there is Persephia but there isnt now this banner…
