My current line up…

If your worried about scorpionix replace barricadius with osiriswyrm so you don’t get mauled with it
plus your scorpionix could use venomstrike to power up poison eat
Some tips that you should really consider:
Arkwing and Luxknight are much very effective when paired with a haster. Put gremknight at your 4th.
I’d take bloodclaw, barricadus and plasmorex out of your line up. Plasmorex is my fav ark, either you put it at the very beginning or you don’t have it at all. Beginning it serves many practical purposes, which you will notice once you have more experience in PvP.
MS and Scorpionix SHOULD be separated.
Scorpionix could be good at 5th. If grem isn’t dead yet, it will haste scorpionix, if it dies, then opponent is stunned and scorpionix comes out first.
Angelon serves NO purpose at that position in your current line up.
Triphoon without a tank or a haster, is not good. Putting it in your first three line up is horribad.
If you really want to use terrorfish, you would have to pair it up with healers or tanks. No point to put it before MS, since it defeats the purpose of waiting 350 TU.
Your line up really needs change. From top to 14th spot.
I can keep going, but I think you should consider above points before anything else.
Your 7) is kinda hit me in the face 
I personally run Triphoon in the first 3 spots without a tank. But it serves my purpose as I want him to deal as much damage as possible to opponent’s starting line up. It works pretty well for me so far with Triphoon sometimes stay until the very end of the battle. Will try replace him with Plasmorex and see how it goes 
Winvestor, my man… we have faced each other so many times in PvP… I have lost count. If I were you, I wouldn’t even use Plasmorex, simply because you have much stronger arks at your disposal.

I agree with eddster that MS and Scorpionix should/must be separated. or at least I will put Scorpionix before MS with your current line up.
I myself try to minimize metal arks in my line up. Golden horn would also be a good replacement for barry if possible. With many good earth arks, golden horn became much more useful these days
I agree that metal arks are particularly bad right now with scorpianix. I am now metal free except for scorpionix and destructor. What I would like to see is a couple of arks that are immune to stun. That would be a good way to balance teams that rely too much on stun and more importantly further frustrate the stego/charc teams.
I can’t wait to get a Shadowstalker. I was just about getting a strong enough team. Got a Shadowkit.

No guard-adds defense to attack
Vengeance-adds power for each ally that is defeated.
It’s AoE are the strongest AoE(except army moves) and has good stats
Just run stego and char like everyone else. Also get 10 bonuses in a row
