I’m currently on the mission to find the frost serpent in yelan cave and I’ve lost once I’m also willing to go catch some monsters if you tell me their location.

*BTW if you want to know my style, I really like moves that hit all the opponents, such as hurricane, blizzard, nova, deluge, inferno, except for detonate, which I use sparingly)
I would say get a Rexy which is one left and then one down from larkel, that evolves into georex which is quite a good ark. And also get a Pearex which will evolve into raptorex which is basically take a massive U shape turn from orlen (basically on the last forest step next to the mountains east of Orlen). And also get a sea bite which is two above and one right from the town where you fight zephys
the hatchlings AND the beginners…also if you have the patience get a Twiggy…
I know they are not the best but it is similar to your Glazio with a chain attack and a last resort attack (Once evolved)
train your penguin and if you want a decent attacker get a lavaraptor…they can use a chain attack and an ally attack…plus has tailwind (Again once evolved…)
of course lavaraptor won’t help with the frost serpent but that’s besides the point

I’m glad that glazio is in the back now. It has saved me barely from losing on 2 hard missions What do you mean by farming for hatchlings?

Trained my penguin I finished the frost serpent mission this morning (I live internationally) and I’m on the mission to go to Deucalion and look for the intruders on Reijin Island? The cresecent island. Where can u get a lavaraptor?
You can get lavaraptor two steps from the right in finam. The town you fight zephys is south of finam I think. And what he means by farming the hatchlings is by spending time to get the four elemental dragons (pyrowyrm, gaiawyrm, ventowyrm which you already have and hydrowyrm) all of these dragons are on the first four tiles north of agramis (first tile is leafy, second is ashie and third is bluey and fourth is galey)
