Turn Carmilla into an AP and make heartburst raw as well as her other moves.

Could just make Heartbirst an unlimited ability that only works on monsters that she has hit with Charm and increase the Charm TU a bit. Gives her more viability to get to Double Bloodthirst while putting a restriction and encouraging more use of her moveset.

I remember when a monster with only bloodthirst and no way to get the kill was considered game-breaking. Ah, the good old days

why people alr targeting carmilla? and then we have cynthia, which imho far more broken than her

tranquilize, dream world and lemon’s entrance should also consider very stupid.

I can’t believe u complaining about this, I know it’s for Carmilla but remember first hearbust monster is Lucifelle and look at her moveset, I would say that is her main move and 136 TU is a lot, we have a lot of better instakills skills
dont forget people pair her with nefaridon and the x dragon mythic that has mark as well.
Do you see people do this? Her best move doesn’t work if you do that…

Don Rolla has no piercing ,massive defense buff, no DR,no bloodmove only sleep immunity and controlled sweeping,I think we can see who needs a Nerf 
Using Cynthia with Exocross is kinda braindead tho.
Cynthia has way better setup than a mythic that prevents her from using her strongest move

I really like this idea. It fits the name “heart burst” too. So in practice I’d say:
- Heart burst 160TU (1 use) → 100TU (infinite use, must target a monster charmed or love bitten)
- Life drain 50TU → Love bite 70TU (same move but now allows use of heart burst)
- (Carmilla) remove vigor restriction from heart burst
This would also balance Carmilla nicely, especially given she has dual confident strike.

Nullifying strike is worst, doesn’t have any sense at all
I can’t believe u talking of Don Rilla like that…for me he is op and s+++++ he doesn’t need any defense buff or piercing damage to be good
