Nah mate, that’s ridicilous, there’s no way grade boost should cost 1k gold! LOL! after the next update when egg timing is gone that means from start to finish you can only get maybe 3 grade boosters if you spend ALL YOUR GOLD. It’s just not as valuable as you think it is mate.
I think people are placing waaaaay too much importance on grade boosters. After all, it just improves grade of ONE ark by ONE.
I think it’s a good idea to put it in gold eggs AFTER the UPDATE so it can’t be timed.

At the moment the only fault with this game is it’s…too short. People are trying to extend it’s longevity by grinding for S grades, catching all rare arks, doing infinite dungeon, PvP, etc. This is a type of game with emphasis on endgame content rather than story, which I’m not really used to, so understandably I’m conflicting with people that like this feature but I kind of want to complete the game someday! IF egg timing didn’t exist, then if I’d be a new player I’d imagine myself looking at a bottomless pit of time sucking activity, really so that’s what egg timing does, is it provides a shortcut to completing the game faster. I myself have played runescape before once in my life and that was the most time-sucking experience of my life so I’m more wary of games like these and I’m not sure if I want to put myself through the similar (meaningless, really) grinding madness again. So yeah, this is why I did egg timing and I don’t regret it if it saved me countless hours.
so… Lets make grade boosters easy to obtain? that would make the S ranks arks pretty worthless. Just go catch an E and buy a few grade boosters BAM got yourself an S… then we will really have everyone have a team full of S arks all around.
I think this is a terrible idea. It should not be obtainable other than the ways it is now. Also soon all the egg timers will run out of gold hopefully and then later on when they add a lot of arks to the game the game will be balanced again. It is not going to be as lopsided as it is now hopefully.
S ranked Arks are crap now because a lot of people started to time and get S ranked arks from the spin. That is also another reason the BA is going to get nerfed because people are complaining of going too many times against them. Well yes that is the advantage of having an S ranked ark which is why it is supposed to be hard to obtain them. Timing pretty much ruined the ranks and soon ranks won’t even matter as BA will be limited to 1. So S rank or E rank won’t make much difference in my opinion.
But for the future if there is any hope in the game balancing itself out then we definitely can’t have the grade boosters buy able.
I would like to see an option to take two E arks and evolve them into a D ark. Two D’s would become a C and so forth. That would encourage more farming. It certainly beats farming the same spot hoping for a S ark.
How is that easy. You would need 32 E class dragons to make a single S class dragon. Or if you are lucky at farming, you would only need 4 B class dragons. It is only easy for the common arks. But for these, it doesn’t take long to farm an S anyway.
Not really. That egg timing ruined PvP? I haven’t even done PvP yet so that’s 1 less egg timer that can possibly influence it. I don’t think there’s many egg timers at all, only Dev’s know for sure.
How about instead of grade booster potions you have to level up a E grade to level 99 then you can choose to devolve it to level 1 and make it a D grade with a smaller exp rate and same goes for C, B, A, and S. I feel like that not only makes sense but would take alot of effort if the exp rate drop per upgrade was done properly, thus rewarding those who take time to train their arks in single player.
