Got banned for no reason

Dear Community,

I haven’t played the game for 1 day and today I got into the game and it said that I violated some terms of use etc. and I got banned.
I didn’t do anything that violates the terms of use.
The only thing I did was writing a letter of complaint to their Facebook site because there was Mistake in the game in the German translation with the Valley of Pyramids quest.

I spent a lot of money and got to level 54 in about 2 weeks just by farming the special missions.
And now I got banned for no reason ?
That’s ridiculous…

This has been addressed many times in previous threads. Such spamming will not be tolerated for discussion of any subject, and you should search before posting. This is why this thread will now be locked.

Bans are implemented on any potential cheats or hacks that have been used in the game. If you genuinely believe this is false, then you can attempt to appeal the ban by messaging shopsupport@zigzagame.net
