Hello. Low levels do not get the free gems from “issues” ? My brother started recently he is level 5 and he didnt receive those 2 gems.
There might be a certain point super early on that you have to get to in order to gain access to all the online features. I’m not certain, but it’s the best theory I’ve got.
My brother just started the game too. Finally convinced him to download it since it became free on the store… he played it for two hours tonight and is loving it.
The “issues” gems were given out today when he logged on just a couple of hours ago. He first downloaded and logged into the game yesterday, so that might be it since the “issues” arrived this morning.
The account is older than a month. And it has online content unlocked.
