Ironically they nerfed ice feng before anyone got the chance to test his secret skill, i think it was a mistake from the devs to nerf it.
I think for you, yea it is a nerf as you run 3 stun absorbers/protection. It will hinder your stun setup.
I’m sure there are other viable strats you can utilize

They could atleast given players to test the monster before the nerf hammer.
Also he doesnt fit in my stun setup. And by no means he was going to break the game it was just a unnecessary nerf.
You can agree that there are so many stun convert/counter ,
Like majority of players have atleast 1.
What I foresaw :-
Icefang combined with nulltron, Atra or geo, choco /blue flutter/ green tort
I have endured the null repulse at 82 speed, and fang has roaring, there is no counter to stop it unless you have done protection or you have gravity field.
You see by having raw moves, many players have built teams to rely solely on stun counter/convertors, adding a stun absorber/protection will make team less fluid,
And Devs have added icefang into rare eggs as well.
Making it raw makes it very tricky but an important limitation.

Buddy it was just unnecessary the devs nerfed it because some players started to complain about how powerful ice feng will be.
The monster had potential to be S tier but the devs had to put restrictions on him to make some of the playerbase happy
Roaring entrance repulse shouldn’t exist. Raw makes it acceptable

Well I guess mr. Morgan hoped for some imba 3-4 weeks with icefang to swipe everybody in pvp. There was a reason why people complained.

Monkey and unknown can’t be more right than this. Raw repulse is reasonable and not a nerf in anyway ! What if devs had not given out the info beforehand !
It’s legitimate ss ! Nulltron repulse is cheesy enough !
