I think it has a review and I don’t own it either, even so they should discuss more about Selene, Isoldelle, Nyx, Risu, Tengoku… not for a legendary that will be popular a couple of months before it is crushed by another crazy waifu .

The problem with it is that it’s an “easily accessible” festival monster. It’s easy to use and a lot of players will have access to the EDs. You just chuck him in the FL and let the ED kill everything, it seems like a setup that can often lead to a complete stomp. Keiser also can’t be targeted which could make it very unfun to face for lower ranked players. You have to admit that they got it a bit wrong this time even though it’s “only a legendary”.
Honestly man, I’ve been one of the few slightly downplaying the strength of the monster, and I’m F2P but this P2W vs F2P c rap has got to stop. Every thread it gets brought into discussion and it’s getting really annoying and boring to read.

I completely disagree. I think this is the next design direction like defense boost on basicly anything or legendaries with tanky stats (mythic introduction). I think it is jarring to see the next step of powercreep and design direction.
The problem with EDs in general tho still stands and it is the extremely low TU sweeping move. If you have played with kaiser, after you lose the most important four EDs you kinda got stuck with a sad engine that clogs your team unless you are playing backbite units after.
Honestly some SE needs to be nerf. Meglodragon is too strong
It is not the first time that something like this happens, Poseidon was something similar and when they release the legendary C.W. It will be the same, this festival simply has a mythical that has more analysis but since it is only accessible to a few who avoid the topic, they have given benefits to mythicals for no reason and no one complains, and some have just awakened something and come asking for buff, I know that Kaiser has a review but on many occasions PvE strategies have suffered nerf due to the PvP meta which makes it quite clear that money is more important than balance in the game.

You are completely missing the point. The game will become very boring and repetitive because of how easy to obtain these monsters are. Instead of running a proper team to enjoy ranked, I have to run a boring team to counter this brain dead strategy.
Is that what you call fun?
You know how dope it would be if Maeve can’t be targeted with flutter drakes on the field

But she also has 2 different disruption moves, a blood move, tankiness and damage boost and focus. I don’t think a support boss monster is the same thing as main damage boss monster.

Do you think that the untargetable mechanic is a healthy one in the long term? I mean at least with the defense boosts, killing is still manageable since you can use guaranteed moves. But these invulnerable monsters are much more annoying to fight against at least in my opinion.
Everyone pretty much agreed that it’s a really strong one, Keiser overshadows that topic for the obvious reasons.
PvP is more important than PvE and that’s how it always will be. It keeps this game alive so we must learn to live with it. It would be great though if PvE and PvP had different rules. As in PvE would have less restrictions on the monster movesets. But that could get too confusing.
Yes and no. This makes AoE damage be more meta rather than single target 42 TU piercing sweeping we have rn. What meta we already have is kinda unfun too for me at least. It’s good if it is support. The bird mythic shop monster was extremely unfun on release but since it was uncommon, nobody talked about it. Reuse a generic entrance effect plus become untargetable as a sweeper at 42TU.
It all depends on how they do this. If maeve like character was behind a wall of FDs, she would be extremely unfun to play against or a unit like charypdia but since ED kaiser is not really a sweeper on his own and he just punishes Nyx/Selene and gravity field/unmovable monsters or else after using his give turn move, he basicly becomes a deadweight. I never feel the pressure of needing to remove him so in this aspect, he is a really cool design. I just think EDs especially the holy and the earth one being tanky and also having 59TU sweeping move is too much at a really high speed. That is my only problem with this. I, in general, really enjoyed his move design.

Yeah it’s so tiring and it’s not even the mythics that guarantee a good level. What’s also tiring are babies who spend their time crying about nerfs In by tagging Vkc several times even though he probably took note
Xd. No need for a counter team, fl is enough and I can’t believe you’re complaining about facing dead weights. Taking advantage of this kind of weakness has always been more than profitable so yes I find it amusing because it will guarantee a good number of easy victories

I was one of the first people to comment on this thread, when I saw what the translator had done I removed the comment because it wasn’t at all what I meant. The monster is basically a tank support monster that unless you get on top of it and mop up the most dangerous SE’s things can get messy. We’ll just have to get FL back up quickly and the problem will largely be dealt with. Frankly, it’s amazing when people get crushed by something they can’t deal with what they can say. Nyx users should just do new things and stop acting like little kids when someone takes their candy away.The monster is obviously too broken and needs a little modesty . To be able to kill him you need to either attack all monsters or something random and luckily it falls on him, or also kill his ED teammates which seems excessive to me given the support skills he has. People complained about Poseidon, but the fish was left behind by this guy. But overall it’s a big blow especially for Nyx users and their slow FL who will be forced to reconfigure their teams to not be destroyed by the “king”. Nyx has just been officially dethroned.
