I’d go tokens too but atm I find just a fair few protectors can stop it pretty well too. I might be wrong, but I think only the sneak attack ED has a move that can bypass ?
Match doesnt take more then 2 minutes as every ed will come with roaring entrance.
The entire match depends on whos able to kill the others ed first, the player with the ed left will win the game.
He seems to hate ED soo much
Kinda sad lost connection before i could play him would have been fun to see
Some rogue teambuilding choices there lol
The teams we see that desperately try to counter ED spam with Keiser only prove how much they messed up with first boosting their rally ability and then giving them the best supporter they could.
It’s sad that a game forces you to play like this or play with ed…
Oh yeah I forgot to mention, Charypdia ruins EDs with her bind
That what I have said and this shouldn’t be allowed , 59 tu piercing moves are dangerous and can continuously sweep without chance of any comeback , it’s like the link double poison eater before people slap 3 in the team and when they start sweeping it’s done
Dude is just giving others a chance by playing in handicap
Unown team
Tezca + coretta is awesome. I try to make it as annoying as possible with constant overwatch, shields and gt. Most epic battles when tezca kills my entire team but also the entire enemy team
I will try my own ed counter now
U Yes but it’s still insignificant compared to your tactics with wavetail .You gave careers to several players who followed in your footsteps lol
Tried both of these teams, rock girl sucks @ss the other version was soo much stronger but not optimal no ED won tonight. Gn
@Unown is one of the goats
For some reason I thought that was thlugs boss but it is clearly cw.
I expect it to be this year’s shop update mythic or finally a shop legend
@Dev_VKC Hello sir… This is worse than Lancerat cases.
Here’s the reason that ED Keiser completely flies in the face of the current meta. Every single ED has a piercing move that ignores defense, and the meta before its appearance as used by the majority of whales and f2p alike.
There was an overabundance of hg, def buffs and generally just spamming as many things that are tanky as they can.
And now that they can’t “work” around it, they complain that they can’t use the “meta” that they grew used to without really thinking.
You can answer the reasoning as to why I thought of this somewhat controversial opinion by answering as such.
If both of the following will have a turn after your own monster, which is the wiser choice?
Target a charged sweeper like orca
or
Target a sweeper that will guarantee a kill with a piercing move
In both cases, it’s not ideal to see in your opp’s field, but the piercing mon is generally the more targeted one because your own team is so buffed with defense, hg, shields or whatever that the priority target will be the piercing one that can bypass all those buffs, even though it’s higher tu. While the orca will only kill one mon, if at all, with how crazy defense buffs are getting paired with hp boosts.
Long story short, ED Keiser as it stands is an answer to most players that struggled against all those buffs that was shaped ever since its first appearance.
Should it be nerfed?
Yes, but not for the seriously widespread bias that I have seen coming from people that are known whales and can’t use their teams with wanton abandon anymore.
There are also many counters to it if they bothered to test it and not immediately groan about it.
- Keiser has a limited moveset that gets blocked by gravity field and limited uses. Even the Shop mythic that doubles tu on entry based on speed can somewhat hinder it.
- The ED themselves, while piercing, have low attack and require another ED next in line to even work. (Blocked by bronzeshells and gravity field again)
- Keiser with exhausted moves, is prone to become a deadweight without ED
So, if all of that still doesn’t manage to make it somewhat easier to manage, put a tu since start of battle limit for Keiser’s turn granting
