I don’t like the Petal Blizzard concept. I’d prefer if Dracorosa’s SS boosted all friendly Sanguinymph and Blossomight on the field. Not necessarily a stat boost, could be any kind of powerup.
Here’s the thing. Dracorosa has an INSANE amount of things going for him without factoring in the SS. Destroys poison strats, can double sweep after a single kill, boasts an incredible support move and a pair of very solid passives. Quite the versatile beast.
Now let’s consider his SS in comparison with that of the mons you listed. It has a harsher TU restriction and higher TU as you said. But consider the following:
the others have a LINK restriction which imposes a restriction on a significant portion of your team, while draco just needs 1 accompanying mon.
the others rely on at least one enemy(that’s not stealthed) having gotten a kill, if not then they’re just out of luck. Draco has no such issue ofc.
the others’ damage depends on how many opponents have kills; just one typically doesn’t make for a crazy amount of damage. Petal blizzard meanwhile kills literally anything it hits that isn’t buffed.
So you see, each SS has its own strengths and weaknesses. Even if draco’s was objectively weaker than that of the others, that’d be okay because he has more than enough merit of his own to stay afloat. Jackoscorp’s poison eater is pretty much objectively weaker than Scorpio’s, but apparently that doesn’t stop jacko from being his own kind of threat.

Draco is probably the best 13 cost monster. Incredible moveset for just 13 cost. The SS offers something different and you have a choice of not using it. But buffing this SS would certainly be the wrong decision because it would only lift up this moveset that already is incredibly powerful.
I would make the 13 cost Draco’s moveset less powerful and add a high damaging option with a more lenient restriction as SS just to balance it out by adding more cost. As it stands, the 13 cost moveset is just insanely useful.
Petal blizzard is a 400s novablast that charges in only 200s and doesn’t do piercing. It’s very powerful! Yes it’s not a super easy condition to meet but petal blitz (Blossomight) does 3x 100s stun which should, technically, pass all the time you need. Also, you can put Dracorosa in your team then Blossomight a couple of monsters back so if they leave Dracorosa alone then as soon as Blossomight enters you can probably do the blizzard.
I’ve used this SS a bunch of times, mainly in PvE. It’s super strong in PvE and in PvP while harder to pull off it’s not impossible.
P.S. I compare it to novablast because the damage is on par. Slayerbane is an interesting comparison but not a perfect one because the damage is so different.
Actually the main objective of this forum is simply to know the community’s thinking about this, actually even if it were less seconds the restriction of YOU I do not think it would reach use, it is very risky to kill 4 monsters and bring 4 new ones to the field without visual control, I do not like this type of strategy😝
I agree with you at that point but because No monster in this game has so many restrictions to run your jj let’s be aware on a top team where you’re going to ah put ah the Blossomight Where you’re going to locate it apart from the monsters that my friend listed there’s a million that are more lethal and have no restriction I see that many disagree because they know that the Dracorosa is a headache especially for their poison team but don’t become the blind I’m tired of them screwing up losing the monsters of this game like. A lot of people ah made just to favorce in my opinion take away the restriction of the poison girl and man nothing that I do if I want to use your SS thank you

Penguinator SBA is weaker than LSBA
it’s true that he does piercing damage and got no restriction but 2/4 of the enemies need to have a kill to shot every Legendary
For low speed earth mythics it might need 3/4 maybe 4/4 but not sure
But for LSBA if only one of the enemy Mon got a kill they are dead (if 2/4 got a kill it will Ohko anything in PvP)
I’m not really a fan of buffing Dracorosa
I have her and the ss is not something u want for PvP
It works great in PvE and very powerful
As everyone said she’s great and awesome as a 13 cost Legendary for PvP

Dracorosa is great by her own, but it’s also true her SS it’s a little hard to activate during a PVP match (completely doable in pve though). Despite this, a lower TU restriction or even a stronger SS in such a monster would make her devastating for PVP matches.
I’d keep her bound with the two roses,but change her SS to another one just as good as the actual one,but more suitable for PVP, such as:
Protector change: only if the two roses are on the field and you cannot sacrifice any of them. I know it’s too restrictive but hey, you’re charging her bloodfury so…
Retire of thorns 160 TU: sacrifice one rose to make medium damage to every opponent monster (doesn’t count as a death).
Thorns garden 160 TU: sacrifice one rose to heal and shield your monsters, doesn’t count as death
