Discussions, Revelations, and Fair Treatment

Yes but you seem to instantly assume that the time/earning ratio was way more towards the time.

True but were talking about making money here, anyways congrats.

I assumed your going to make money through playing this game as a way of living somewhat like what steamers do.

So i had these two things in mind

1- you stream the game but there are no audience tbh

2- you sell accounts and that takes alot of time

fair play then, those would be the most common ways

I’m following same concept;just enjoying the game. (I paid for purchasing the game&once I purchased a small pack just to contribute to devs as I like this game a lot)

This is pretty much what I was insinuating when I made the comment about not getting paid for playing this game

That’s what I thought as well.

I feel like there is something to be said here.

For a free to play player there is definitely an inherent frustration with losing to paying players. The unfortunate thing is that there are a lot of free to play players that end up supporting each other when they are beaten by paying players.

This leads to a form of echo chamber where you have a lot of bent F2P players talking about how frustrating it is to lose to paying players.

Even more unfortunate is the effect that an echo chamber ends up having on those people. Echo chambers often devolve into more and more extreme thinking. The effect that @DMG_LUCKDRAGON brought up is him running into that group.

There is something to be said for the fact that many many F2P players are having a frustrating experience playing against spenders. This is something that really it’s the devs that are in charge of making sure that the F2P experience is enjoyable as well. Neo has unfortunately devolved in that regard to having the same rotation of events with the only innovation being that in monster design(which is linked to spending) making free playing frustrating and not fun. This ultimately is what made me leave. Grinding for ages and then not having new toys to play with as a result is unfortunately not something I am willing to spend time on anymore. Many free players feel the same way, but ultimately still love the game enough to keep playing, albiet with a more frustrated demeanor.

We do still need to support both the paying and free playerbase. One without the other dies. For that matter we should recognize and help those frustrated free playing players feel better about playing the game, while not allowing them to blow up the paying playerbase with the toxicity that comes from the frustration of playing without spending a ton of money that is in the game right now.

We can have:
S+: Everyone else
F: Zard

Would be accurate.

Zard are you missing something? I don’t want to open a debate so I will be very quick and simple on exposing:

WE P2P (Pay2Play) players live everyday the harassment brought by F2P, each time we get beaten.
“Loooook I beaten XXXX he is P2W!”
“He is a noob, just have a bunch of monsters but no skills”
"He is asking for nerf because he can’t deal with it, such a loser!“

And many other offensive things…

Now, if we need to stay peaceful together in the same environment we need to find agreements.
P2P of this game are very respectful people if they don’t get provocated out of pure evil, this is a strategy game (or at least that is what is been told to me), so being F2P or P2P does not change this point, you still need to think, teambuild, make decisions.
Is totally unacceptable that when a F2P achieve something is because of skills, when a P2P achieve something is because of :dollar::dollar::dollar:.
This kind of discrimination has to stop.

Hence that I really hope the time of the fighting between F&P 2P is over.
We do need to accept each others ideas without necessarily agreeing.
Devs are really doing a good job by keeping this community together, and I wish a healthy experience to everyone.

I think we should let it be now, most have come to an understanding and that’s all we can really hope for.

@Zardecil @DonT89
Both of your posts seemed rather one-sided, but other than that I would agree with them. We could just combine both of your posts into one and then we see both sides of the P2W/F2P situation.

Lol so basically zard talked about why losing to p2w players as a f2p player sucks aaAAAaAAaA the money is too strong!!!11!!!11! and DonT talked about how f2p discriminate against p2w players without mentioning anything bad p2w players have done so it’s probably best to read both posts as if they were combined to get both sides.

All I’m trying to say is understand where it comes from, and then instead of saying “Let’s censor all the harassment” we aim to get rid of it completely by addressing the root of the problem.

F2P get very frustrated when they lose to you. This along with the echo chamber with the other F2Ps leads to harassment.

Which means that for us to get rid of the harassment we would either A: Force people to shut up or B: Make losing to you less frustrating.

There’s no easy answer here.

Cry if you are offended by this broke boi
