Devs got more than one kind of moth coming.

If that’s the case, then I guess it’s not as weak as we initially thought.

Now that would be a fun guessing game to play.

Evry moth has the enhanced tholid. Sleep immune is a nerf to them. lol

Oh gosh… instant poison massecre…

This is super OP. Bane passive, 100s terror dragon poison massacre and roaring entrance. This is sick :scream:

It’s good for the game. Makes some of the limited monsters that people spend thousands on look like ■■■■.

You’re right that was unclear. I meant if the enemy ruined your stealth, instead of reapplying it and waiting for your next turn. You could pull back and get another guaranteed double attack, then if your stealth was ruined again and your health was getting low you can sacrifice. This is an insane amount power for a monster on its own without needing any support. Especially considering the immunities. Because of the way the pupa sacrifices itself, you get double attack/ pull back/ double attack pretty much guaranteed. There are so many many good things about these moths, and even their first forms are tough to take down. Just not many down sides if any at all.

I see what you’re saying. Yes, compared to other sneak attack monsters it’s very powerful having a way to re-apply stealth to itself without giving the opponent a chance to remove before the sneak attack.

Well before people get too carried away calling these monsters OP, the Pupupa in each case takes 180-195 seconds before it can turn into a moth. The entrance speed is 95s and can become 80s with potting (you customise so TU on the moves stays at max to making passing 100s easy).

The power of these moths really depends on how viable the Pupupa are. I believe they will be quite situational.

The 5* moths will be bad for some of the elements. They’re basically like weak super epics that the opponent can probably leave on the field without too much trouble.
Earth = not enough damage with catapult
Fire = quite decent but nothing special
Holy = quite decent
Shadow = good support monster (makes up for the “weaker” 6* version)
Storm = weak sweeper
Water = quite decent but nothing special

To those points though, they do have shield entrance and a revenge that gets you another albeit weaker moth.

Those monsters are insane :open_mouth:

This is the strongest.

The properties of the moth are very good.

Killerdog raised some good points, but what I want to add is that Pupupa itself doesn’t have any immunity’s itself, meaning that it can get stunned or fall asleep, enabling you to deal with it somewhat easier.

Not that OP. At least shields prevent the instant kills of this moth unless it uses ss.

Unless it’s the poison one.

Love to see how balanced neo is these days

But they’re free, so you have a chance of nabbing yourself some of that sweet power for yourself.

Indeed you cant complain if everybody can get those
