Why is it so hard for people to lose?

If I understand your question correctly… Because it’s human nature, human characteristic - not wanting to lose…

Yeah I know I was ranting because I beat like ten people tonight and every single one of them dc’d before the end of the match. Is there a reason? Are they not getting the losses counted? And if so how many diamonds are they getting? Or is only about the record? Or like you said is it really just human nature and they are all rage quitting and I should take it as a sign that my new team is a keeper

I guess it’s not wanting to wait sometimes too. Sometime for me I only have about 5 minutes, but if I see a player with decent strategy, I can imagine it will take around 10-15 minutes to fight. So I would simply quit lol

Oh so that’s what your question was about.

Not counted as loss.

No diamond.

Most for record sake only.

Why play 3 quarters of a match and then quit for no diamonds? Makes no sense to me. Any ways thanks taj I’ll get straight to the point next time

This has happened to me so many times lately in master league!  It is actually pretty nice.  Saves me the time of having to actually beat people haha

I especially like the ones that quit before I ever make a move. It helps get me to the kami faster,

That guy might be exploiting pvp…

Tajid,  I have the same three starting Arks as one of the Stego/Charc players.  I think I get mistaken for that player causing people to quit immediately.  Also, with so few players at the Master level, a lot of matches are the same player twice in a row.  If you lost bad the first time, they don’t want to try the second time.

True that.

However I was referring to a known exploit that comes across as a win & a quit to us…

While they actually also get a win & the diamond…

I know some people were taking advantage of it… & more people knew about it…

The plot thickens… I don’t see how this is possible when any lapse in the network doesn’t register as a win. I don’t think that can really be an exploit

so if you you were to disconnect 3 times in a row do you get demoted?

Exactly

I played the same guy three in a row.  First game he disconnected on his last ark, second game disconnected with last three, and third time quit automatically.  So hem  issued out on 750 diamonds and got demoted… whats the point of disconnecting?

Probably he doesn’t want to go against the same guy again and again, you know there aren’t many ppl in pvp these days…

I would say that 19 out of 20 of my wins, the other player disconnects before the end of the match. Many times just before their last ark is killed. I can understand an early disconnect when you feel you have no chance. The gamecenter only shows victories. No one else knows the number of loses you have. I have about 600 loses. Many do to the glitch when I should have won and many more to a stego/charc team. I will disconnect occasionally in a rant over opponents bonus actions or when a stego/charc team is pulverizing me. I don’t understand a disconnect just before the match will end. Why give up the diamonds when no one will know your number of loses. I got a kami today. If I did not accept the loses, it would probably take me another month or two. If I lose, I have no problem accepting the diamonds. I do want to thank all of the players that quit early in the. It helped me get the kami faster.

Since the number of loses is currently meaniless, perhaps if the devs announced that the win/loss record (not the number of diamonds) would be reset when the update is made would encourage players not to disconnect so often.

yay congrats bvs!!

Thanks Tajid, now I just have to figure out hoe to use it. I have mostly seen it used by hackers that don’t seem to know what they are doing.
