Okay, I’ve tried him in the island challenge. I’ll try to contain my excitement.
So, when he dies, noxegg pops in, and when his turn comes, he spawns another reven AT FULL HEALTH. To top it off, noxegg has SHIELD ENTERANCE, as well as good speed. What’s odd is, when I hatched a 2nd reven, revenant strike wasn’t crackling. Could have sworn its conditions were met.
Btw, anyone remember that one picture on this game’s App Store page that shows the starters along with twiggy and jabby? Go ahead and peek back to it, it has the word capture on it. See that red sparkly bottle guy over on the right? That’s noxegg.
In other news, I now have “the Phoenix” by rezonate stuck in my head XD

Well, here he is. His sole purpose in life is to hatch purple birds. Saw his stats too, they’re about cost 4 caliber with 44 speed.
I have noticed another thing. If you kill yourself with double bloodcrave then you would give the opponent a noxegg. So you have to be careful about using the move too often.
i don’t think so. Like, when rhino and puff use reckless, and die, it doesn’t trigger their revenge. Even if it can happen, I don’t think it’ll be a very big problem, 'cause it has a tiny amount of recoil. I took out 2 guys at full health, and barely lost a fifth.

got him too, just set him up with stun bomber, give turner, heall all and a protector and he is going to go through the enemy team in cruise control thats crazy, the recoil on double bloodcrave is so little and even if you have a protector with stun absorb for the stun bomb, doesnt matter, he’ll just kill the protector with his time strike and there you go double blood crave is charged, say goodbye to your team. Rip my wallet, i need that bird
Ok, I managed to get him to die of recoil damage, and no noxegg in sight. So basically, the whole opponent getting it thing is kind of pointless, unless someone with an atrahasis or geomagnus is either a- a complete idiot, or b- doing a mighty intricate setup in order to get an extra kill. Which of course is probably a bad idea, given that there are many, many ways that could go wrong.
well of course that’s there only to avoid cannibalize combos… otherwise would make it pretty strong…
as it is the enemy needs to kill him first, and then you get the full absurd power of revenant strike… but no one will attack him in PvP… BUT (and it is a big but) it counters death sentence all I guess… as long he doesnt get KB…
dunno seems a bit slow and clunky for PvP… unless I misunderstood his moveset, which is possible since it’s pretty complicated and it’s pretty late at night lol
edit: also counters assisted openings or night night, or any big AoE openings… you really dont want to kill him…
edit2: and by counters I actually mean ‘mitigate the damage’, since your are getting swiped anyway, but at least you have the chance to react with him
Yeah, giving your opponent a Full health Reven is probably the most stupid thing you could do. i mean its crazy that he spawns with full health and - in addition to timestrike- has another really powerful attack with him when he respawns.
This monster should be added to the normal egg so there is no need to rush to get him.
The noxeggs have to be extremely slow or the pheonix is broken, since you can have a never ending cycle of it. But give turners easily overcome this…

So, about revenant strike- it actually does work, it just doesn’t crackle for some reason. maybe they’ll fix it later. Also I encountered a guy named Sakuya, he had drakozord Z. Looks rather solid, stealth all TU is 130.
yeah, revenant strike doesnt seem to have a real impact, but even without it reven would be a big deal
Welp, just had the pleasure to meet Thill and his little ultimadragon. So, Reven got knocked out 3 times I think, and came back, but then the fourth time, it didn’t trigger, so he just died. I guess they capped it, huh? Makes sense, I suppose.
