Firstly, you should know that the bug was when the egg banner was first released, who ever rolled for it had no idea that the banner is bugged and we all assumed it was bad luck until many players gathered and no one managed to hatch a mythic, we had no indicators that the odds were completely off, unlike you who got a indicator and was compensated with 7star tickets and the mythic on top.
Furthermore spending more than 40 packs is a loss to the users,
i think they should do it by brackets, 40 packs you get 50% back and the higher you go the refund increases to match it to 800 gems so if you spent 2400 gems you get back 1600

i spent 400 gems on this banner, only get one mythic on the 10th guaranteed and it not even the featured rodeknight lol, that’s when i felt something bad and stoped
This compansation system is so trash why u are not able to take all the hatches back from the players before u got them the gems back + free mons 
Some players who had good luck may not want anything to be changed, while those with bad luck may want it from 0 or at some point. It’s difficult to compensate fairly due to the luck factor.
Anyway, the compensation Gems have already been added to player accounts.

As you stated above many players didn’t get any featured mythic in 10-20-30 packs. Because if the odds were correct they should have gotten atleast 2 featured mythic. That’s why I suggest that you give full refund to those who hatched 30 or less than 30 packs. It’s a sincere request 
The compensation is for the missing 1% Mythic hatch rate.
It doesn’t matter 1 pack or 70 packs.
So the Rodeknight banner has already been restored or is it still in error?

You could have made it based on the packs, those who got screwed over more get compensated higher than whose who got lucky for 40
Example ( hatching cost)
40 packs 50% =800 gems
50 packs 55%=900 gems
60 pack 60%=0.6 = 960
70 pack 65% =980
It would have been more fair towards the players in the case, we are also not taking into consideration the players who used 7star tickets to awaken it
