I did the same thing as I did not want to roll more on this fiasco banner. I asked you to lengthen the banner just to have an option to buy it from shop.
For me the only weird thing were those 4 standard pool myths in a row after getting 1 Rozaliz.
I had planned to awaken it and was forced to stop after discovering the only viable way of getting Goliatherion copies was to hit 30 packs.
This coltraz and gmagic want free awaken and get their gems back like hazuki banner. But here comes the twist

@Dev_VKC You can check my friend’s account. My friend’s intention was to awaken goliatherion for his cw team. He wasn’t playing recently because of his studies and exams so he didn’t know that rozaliz was a limited myth. He genuinely thought that she was a standard myth so he continued to hatch. Later did he know it was a bugged banner from announcement.

Hes nasty in that Cw team, some monsters are extremely strong but due to the support available at the time they did not shine hes one of them
Him and sheep do extremely good with CW, that the sheep ended up getting nerfed, on his case i feel like hes on the level in that setup
Yes that is correct. I’d rather have those gems than a Roz I’ll never use. That many gems deep, I stop if I’m not a copy away from an awaken. Check my history on Obsydia for reference.
Also yes, those last three hatches were to see if the pity would even give Goliath. I said from the start that I hatched some to get to the bottom of the issue.
What does this say about my motivation?.. I recently awakened Vespia during Valentine’s Day and the bug union in my current endgame is a fun place for Goliath. You’ve got access to my teams I’m sure, I was already running a Goliath-friendly endgame.
This isn’t anything personal, I wasn’t trying to harass you on here, I sent you a DM to explain this, but you ignored it. You’re implying things about my motivation like I had any idea what was going on with the egg at the time. I don’t see what you see from your end as far as exactly what is messed up. My point is, hindsight is 20/20.
I will also say, for transparency’s sake, I noticed you edited you first response to me to what it is now. The first was harsher, and I appreciate you rewording. While you’re calling me a liar regardless, you’re doing it in a nicer tone the second time.

The compensation was fair, if your aim was to awaken the mythic than you would be much happier as you got 2 mythics for the price of 1
And speaking from a mathematical point of view getting 3 mythics for 1200 gems is already insane luck, its much better than devs returning your gems and removing your hatching
Someone in your shoes shouldn’t really complain, the only people who got robbed under this system who were a shard or two away and managed to hatch dinosaur butt girl in the first few packs those would be robbed but am sure this number is very few and highly unlikely due to the odds of the game

I’ve said pretty much everything I wanted about this case earlier but I must add that in my opinion, it never looks good when a big corporation goes on the defensive like this and starts blaming customers. I mean why does it matter this much when these mistakes are so rare?
Just looks a bit too accusatory for my taste.

If you ask me , if the eggs were right I’d be satisfied with only one copy thinking it’s my bad luck but not with a rigged banner.

It was confirmed that the odds were correct and getting the featured mythic which was dinosaur butt naked girl had the same odds of Goliath
Hatching the but naked girl was just a free mythic
I am simply presenting the data from our end. Everyone can make their own judgment based on that.
Why does it matter? The reason is very simple: because it is unfair to the majority.
If players who exploit the bug successfully gain a huge advantage over other legitimate users, it will upset more players and encourage them to exploit bugs as much as possible next time. Obviously, this is not the kind of environment we want to create. You are a mod, and I believe you understand how important this is.
That being said, it is definitely our fault. That’s why we are providing reasonable compensation to the players who genuinely aimed for the monster.

I used 3 mythic tickets to awaken it
From 2023 to today they had more than a year to awaken it, but as soon as they learn the egg was bugged they drop 1.2k gems

Its a S tier mythic and will always be, hes like the sheep guy if there is a meta with SE monsters he will shine. He is also great in flower and is abused with the stun shield girl for double stun which is ridiculous tbh
Hes probably better than sheep guy in CW now, furthermore majority of my losses are due to him, acceleration and he be killing at 43tu insta death good luck making a comeback without nightgale or leria
