People are saying why @Coltraz and @GMagic hatched all 30 packs until pity. It’s to prove that goliatherion wasn’t in the egg pool. If they didn’t have hatched then I’m sure devs would have said that it was in the egg pool with rozaliz. And they had no way of proving it that it wasn’t.

@Dev_VKC I most humbly and sincerely request of you that you release a statement of what were the odds of hatching limited myths and legends on the bugged banner. And I’m sure you won’t tamper the information.
For me now it’s not about gems anymore it’s about trust in the game. Like imagine some day my account get banned for no reason and I come for help and the devs and community will say you should not have cheated.
I mentioned it twice already. Please let me know which part is not clear.

What is the response to Coltraz and I saying we’d not have gone to Pity but for an impossibility that we didn’t know existed? I don’t mean to push it but we haven’t gotten an answer to that. Is it really that we should have known Goliath wasn’t in the egg because we saw a Rozaliz in the egg?

I do believe he has responded to you, you got an extra bonus reward from the pity timer because it has not reset when Rozaliz was hatched
A solution which of course makes sense for people who rolled ten packs or less, but not as much for actually going to the pity timer.
The part where you say it’s same but people hatching more myths than usual and standard pool myths at that rather than limited ones.
Like I said, our solution is to compensate the users who rolled for the monster, not the abusers. If you want an answer, I will give you one—it’s all about motivation.
You hatched your first Goliatherion on 2023-11-19. Then, you didn’t hatch anything in its latest banner until Coltraz reported the issue.
Unluckily, you got your first bugged featured Mythic (Rozaliz) on the 27th pack. So, according to you, if the egg had given you Goliatherion—the monster you truly wanted—you would have stopped and not gone for the next 3 packs to hit the pity. Is that correct?
By the way, you awakened Goliatherion with a purchased Goliatherion from the shop right after you received our compensation Goliatherion.
If you had planned to awaken it from the very beginning, our solution would have ended up giving you a free Rozaliz, and thanks to the buggy pity timer, you only needed 3 more packs to get the guaranteed copy of Goliatherion.
