And from what i am able to piece togheter only coltraz delibretly hatched for the goliat on the last day. And ones it was publicly confirmed that the banner was bugged everyone else just dog pilled on the banner dropping everything they had
I know for a fact coltraz aimed for the mythic due to him DMing me about the banner the moment he got roz in pack 7 or smt
And from VKCs words earlier it seems most (i cannot confirm if all) only hatched after realising the banner was bugged. And the logical conclusion to take from that behaviour is that they wanted it to be a hazuki repeat or the fuss wouldent be as blatently crazy as it is now
Let me emphasize that this has been a good conversation that needed to happen at some point! I also understand your point of view.
There’s a few things that I disagree with on principle: what’s “unfair to the majority” becomes a little bit blurred in this context: gacha game based on gambling.
I understand this of course. But my point of view is that it’s not like stuff like this happens every month. It’s literally once in a few years if even that… I don’t believe any huge advantage would have been gained, compared to the damage to the sentiment of trust people have towards the game and the people behind it. What would have happened is that the company would have lost a little bit of revenue but now I fear some rep has been lost.
Anyway, we can agree to disagree on this topic. To mitigate these types of issues in the future, I think it would be wise to add a hatch log to the game and make sure that people get compensated correctly at the first time!
@Dev_VKC I hope you get that both me and @GMagic could not care less for the gems being rerunded - as we burn thousands of them each month anyway. It was just for transparency and fairness.
My lesson for next time is to let bugs go and not inform anyone - as people rushed to burn gems without even wanting to get Goliath (it is an awesome design with unique moveset and I genuinely love it).
And my intention was never to double the gems - you can check that I basically bought all the deals that day to reach pity counter on this banner as it was the last day. Even the trash ticket deals.
I think there’s a huge difference in the reasoning behind hatching because you want the featured monster knowing maybe a Rozaliz will appear and blatantly burning gems in hopes of a refund. Just wanted to clarify that point

No i get that. But the issue is that it cant be confirmed or denied who hatched for the mythic and who hatched in hopes of it being a hazuki 2.0 situation

Even you did not target the mythic before you knew something was wierd with the banner.
Perhaps you only wanted the featured mythic. Perhaps the timing was simply unfortunate. But what it looks like is not you wanting the mythic but wanting the mythic with the added on compensation which turned out to be less than previously which creates the assumption that all this fuss is more malicious in nature than about transparency.
I am afcourse not judging. As if i cared about either of these 2 mythics i would also have spent a ■■■■ ton in hopes of a good compensation. And i would also have felt offended if it played out as it has. I am just lucky i dident care for either and avoided this entire fiasco
You want to deny how many opportunities there were during his release to today and how coincidence that on the last day of the banner when it became known as glitched they all decided to hatch, this thread existence alone is a evidence that they wanted to abuse the glitch and not go after the mythic
All monsters require building around, this is a strategy game and his strategy with CW or Flower at this point of the game is top tier S+ without a question in mind

Then why don’t you use shiny skele in eg not in fl Why don’t use asmodia in fl and uni in end game. They are all sort of build. Nothing random is gonna work. Even synergy is a type of build or well build team have synergy or vice versa etc. you know the term better than me ig. So like vixen can’t be used with protector, golitherion needs that sp. condition or with ss he can easily pull the condition.
