Sparky is the Wind Element starter Arkadion that evolves into Sparkape, Sparkong, and then Thunderback. Its one of the ones with a .5% Drop rate.
It has a very low chance of spawn so dont get discouraged
So I am new to this but obviously I want these dragons when u say there is four spots there is literally only four crazy is there an electric dragon

And I have three blaze wings is that a crappy dragon or something I got him in eggs from online missions
Just got ashie exactly on the 395th battle on the 2nd spot north of Aramis. Tomorrow I will try the 3rd spot and tell you on many battle it will have taken me.
Do i have to change my arkadion to low lvls or is it ok to remain my lvl 99s to catch the baby dragons? Cuz when i go in that four spot theres no battle.
You can tap the spot you’re in to force a battle, so no, it doesn’t matter. But be aware that it’s a 97% capture rate at lvl 99 (I don’t know what card) but I’m just saying that 3% actually happens sometimes. If you want a 100% capture rate maybe put a weak arkadion in your fourth space and a sacrificial ark in your third place, sacrifice the third ark when you get one, and hit the dragon with your weak ark. Then you should have 100% capture rate. Or use a low level seaspine.
