I am aware of the ongoing bugs of the latest updates.

Despite those, i bought some gems (28.99€ pack) and with them i opened the "Choice A"x10 anniversary eggs special. The screen went black with no response. I restarted the game.

I received the 10x6* golden tickets but no monsters (including the guaranteed mythic).

How can you help me?

Are you sure you didn’t receive anything? Did you check your list view → training if any new monsters appeared? Or perhaps a mythic you already had gained a shard?
