Missing gems and no Easter Negg

Two issues:

  1. I finished the most recent chapter which was supposed to give me 3 x gems but I didn’t receive anything

  2. the Easter egg isn’t showing up for me. I want my egg! :grimacing:

I would have reported the issue through the app but my phone keeps opening up Mail and won’t let me contact through outlook and it’s a whole mess :rofl:

It sounds like your phone was struggling to connect to the server. Disconnecting from the server and not getting rewards is a relatively common issue, it should be handled by support easily. Use the email address shopsupport@zigzagame.net or maybe someone can give a better one.
