Pretty silly thing but I though I would share with you guys since it made me quite happy.
Just battled against a stunner, from Japan judging by the name, and the first time he stunned my team and kept going until he hit my wall.
Barricadus and Metallodius, that messed up his strategy as he had to hit barricadus three times to knock it out so i recovered from the ridiculous amount of TUs i had and won the match.
I connected again and the same guy comes along. Tried to change his strategy a bit to make it more effective, ended up screwing up big time. I took out most of his stunners before he could actually stun me.
It was an easy ride. So my lineup at the time was Stego, Metallodius, Goldenhorn.
He had only Magma full HP left. Just to give a taste of his own medicine I kept stunning him with stego and hitting him with metallodius then guardion with Goldenhorn.
Since he did not want to disconnect, I just kept the batlle going forever, at least 10 minutes before I killed his last ark. he didn’t give up though.
Was probably desperate for diamonds.
It just made my day to get back in such a ‘classy’ way.
But I should say that the one you face with is a rookie as he use a stuner team without arks which have knockback, then his team is a little bit ridiculous.~~

I honestly havent lost against a stunner in a while with my new setup, its been 5 consecutive wins against them. but the guys are getting persistent. They won’t disconnect that easy anymore.
This guy had a knockback ark but I manage to kill it. I always take out gremknight and chopper before they can move and apart from grem there is no other useful knockback arks that have haste to keep in the lineup.
Since stunners tend to keep my first three arks alive until they have charca/stego out, they dont know what is coming next, thats where it gets messy for them.
I want to know if there is anyone here who knows how to run a stun team at its best as I would like to play a few battles against them to check what can be done to reduce the chances of losing and try some different strategies.
Unfortunately no one has shared any efficient way to deal with stun teams, although I see a lot of people claiming being able to do so.
I dont know whether they really now it or its just talk, but i want to be able to come up with a possible solution.
I scapegoat SS and then it’s all about the BA if their gremknight gets one it can Knockback chopper. The only way to combat that is have another Knockback in the fourth slot or a decoy ark in the first four (metallodious or osirisworm) Or have a stun combo in your lineup so charca is forced to eat one of them and stun skin will mess up the tu.
IMO there isn’t much experimenting to do as the stun train really depends on the first four arks.
Some I have seen will try to disguise by opening with power aoe to not get scrambled. That is where you might have to have gremknight or another Knockback in the fourth slot to disrupt after the aoe guys are gone.
Now as far as a strategy without SS it is much tougher because most guardian arks are so slow.

I know how to run Stego/Charc, but I only use it if I keep running into the same Stego/Charc user in PvP (I DC if it’s not them) just to beat them with their own game.
But he’s so determined to stun, I don’t use scramble unfortunately so I use combo of gremkight+vegetiger, I can knock back&ruin stunner to the maximum of six but he’s got like 10 lol~
The stunners that I know off the top of my head (those that can actively stun, have stun gift, or stun skin) are Raioh, Raijin, Stegospike, Kentucky/Sanders, Gremknight, Minespider, Dullakhan, Stormfox/pre-evos, and Chopperbug.
When utilizing the Stego/Charc combo, most people will use 3-5 of these; however, to be guaranteed the win, some will use 7-9 (so that no matter what, even if they get scrambled, they’ll have Pegasion to fix the order).
As for Jooky, yes, he automatically disconnects as soon as he gets scrambled. I generally default to scrambling him because, even though he’s never successfully set up Stego/Charc against me, it’s not worth wasting my time when I know he’s guaranteed a loss.
Actually he likes to DC when anything happened to his team: scramble, knockback, killed char, no stunner left…etc. I believe he faced plenty of them lol~
I coincidentally ran into the japanese guy with kami/SS/destructor just a few minutes ago. He is on the top so it is a legit kami. Needless to say I lost, although it was a close one and he won mainly because of BAs.
It was upsetting because he had so many and always at the crutial moments.
Like when he had destructor my scorpionix came out before one of his arks, not a strong one, but he had 2 BAs and killed my scorpionix before a could make a move. Thats what really annoys me. Not only BAs but the timing could not be worse.
I am also not using scramble at the moment, honestly cant find space for chopperbug.
Is his title like an old cartoon guy and his name is all Japanese character? If it was him, I have say this guy is awesome in strategy! Definitely not like the other cheap stego&char players from Japan
I play him often and almost every, if not every, game I’ve played with him, he gets BA’s at the exact moment he’d need them (if not more often, but NEVER less) to win.
No, its the one right after him in the rank, with a pic of a green monster.
And Crystal, the guy has SS/kami/destructor, for me, since i dont have any of those its already like having multiple BAs against me before the battle even starts.
It should be illegal for a team like that to have BAs lol.
Sometimes I just want to throw my phone on the wall because it is literally unbelievable.
